Preface: This manual represents the methods of training and nutrition that I have used since my first national competition in 1993. There are no absolutes in bodybuilding and this manual merely reflects what I do to obtain the mass, muscularity and definition I need to compete. I cannot be considered an expert in anatomy, kinesiology or nutrition, for I do NOT posses a P.H.D in any of these fields. I rely on the authorities that write for All Natural Muscular Development when this type of information is needed. Always consult your physician or an expert before embarking on a new training or diet regimen !
