The Hawaiian Hurricane's Ms. Fitness Challenge is competition rewarding female fitness athletes for strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination and speed. The contest consists of two events: Obstacle Course and Physique/Swimwear

Obstacle Course:
1. The course will include a 16 - tire zig-zag run, 10-foot high wall climb, 16 - feet long balance beam run, monkey bars, 50-60 pound per side farmers walk and a 100 - yard sprint. (Obstacles may be changed or added prior to the competition.)

2. Each competitor will complete the course one at a time.

3. After each competitor has finished she will have the option to complete the course again to improve her time.

4. Only the best time for each competitor will be used in her final scoring.

5. If a competitor does not complete an obstacle she will be assessed a penalty. (She must attempt the obstacle twice.)

6. A referee will use a red flag to indicate that an obstacle was not completed.

7. Prior to running the course the competitors will be walked through the entire course and each obstacle will be explained.

8. Placing will be determined by time.
9. Points will be assigned to determine placing as follows:

Physique / Swimwear:
1. Contestants will wear two - piece swimwear. Thongs are not acceptable. Five judges will rate contestants' body tone, physical beauty and overall appearance. The high and low scores will be discarded and the remaining scores will be totaled to determine each contestant's score.

Body Tone: Healthy and tone with shapeliness and symmetry. (50%)

Beauty / Overall Appearance: Physical attractiveness (including facial beauty, hairstyle, make - up and skin tone), swim wear (including style, fit and color) and self - confidence, poise, charisma, vitality, warmth and overall stage presence. (50 %)

2. contestants will wear high heels. Neutral or clear plain styles are recommended.

3. Contestants may use oil.

4. Swim wear adhesive (Bikini Bite) should be used to hold suits in place.

5. Use of tanning products is recommended.

6. Simple / understated or no jewelry should be worn.

7. Contestants will first take the stage individually then as a group. Judges will call - out individuals in small groups for comparisons.

General Information:

1. The Physique / Swimwear round will count for 50% of the total score and the Obstacle Course will count for 50%.

2. In the event of a tie, the obstacle course time will be used as a tie-breaker.
3. All judges decisions are final.
4. Competitors must be at least 18 years of age.

6. Additional non-cash prizes will also be awarded.

7. Training camps will offer competitors techniques for completing the obstacle course. Drills and practice sessions on the obstacles will give ocmpetors and advantage in completing the course quickly. Additional training strategies will be taught.
